Reporting to: General Manager
Roles:
- Responsible for all human resource management & development administration function.
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate for all human resources activities include employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits and training & development.
- Review and interview job applicants evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
- Analyze, prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation and job evaluation systems (KPIs & Competency)
- Set up the policy and organize Administrative services.

Qualifications:

Position : Store Supervisor (หัวหน้าฝ่ายสโตร์) Urgently

Roles:
1) ตรวจสอบเอกสารและตรวจเช็คความถูกต้องของสินค้าก่อนรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง โดยแยกตามประเภทของสินค้า
2) ควบคุมการตรวจเช็คปริมาณสินค้าในคลัง เช็ครายการสินค้าที่ขาดสต็อกให้กับฝ่ายจัดซื้อสินค้า
3) จัดสินค้าตามรายการเบิก-จ่าย และรับคืนสินค้า รวมทั้งสรุปรายการเบิก-จ่าย-รับคืนสินค้าประจำวัน
4) ควบคุมการตัดสต็อกและการคีย์ข้อมูลลงในคอมพิวเตอร์ให้มีความถูกต้อง
5) ควบคุมการจัดเก็บสินค้าให้ตรงตาม Area และป้ายชี้บ่งสินค้าตามที่กำหนด
6) จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือน
7) แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ภายในแผนกและประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้งานมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
Qualifications
1) เพศชาย อายุ 27- 40 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2) มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-4 ปีในการวางแผน ควบคุมและดูแลคลังสินค้า หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประเภทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือวัดคุม หรือเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
